Participants must complete the registration process before attending any class, workshop or camp.
Payment is required in full at the time of registration.
Once registered you cannot transfer to another course or workshop.

Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the start of a course of classes, workshop or camp.  A refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee.

If you need to cancel within 7 days no refunds will be given unless we can fill your spot.

BluePepper Art reserve the right to cancel any class, workshop or camp for any reason, for example, insufficient bookings or adverse weather conditions.  In such an event, you will of course receive a full refund.

Photos and videos are taken during classes, workshops and camps.
BluePepper Art may use these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you DO NOT want you or your child’s photo or video to be used by BluePepper Art you must notify us by email to info@bluepepperart.com prior to attendance.

BluePepper Art respects the privacy of its participants.

Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for class and workshop related communication and will not be shared with third parties.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the class, workshop or camp.
BluePepper Art reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

In case of an emergency every effort will be made to contact you first, followed by those on your emergency contacts list. In the event that you can’t be reached, you give permission for BluePepper Art instructors and supervisors to seek appropriate medical attention.  You understand that you are financially responsible for all costs associated with this care.  You hereby release BluePepper Art instructors and supervisors from any responsibility for injuries or illness occurring as a result of your child’s participation in this program.

All allergies must be made clearly known to BluePepper Art upon registration. Medication(s) must be brought to class each time.  BluePepper Art cannot be held responsible for keeping medications throughout the week.
